CANCELLATION POLICY
- 1 full day (24 hours) notice required for all equipment rentals for a full refund. After 24 hours you may place your order in "will call" status for a future rental or may use your deposit towards store purchases.
RESERVATIONS
- All reservations require a 50% deposit
- Customers must set up a rental account
- Rental accounts require a drivers license, major credit card with security code, name, address, phone number, date of birth and social security number
