CANCELLATION POLICY
- 1 full week notice required for all party equipment for a full refund. After a week you may place your order in "will call" for a future rental or may use towards store purchases.
- Damage waiver is not offered on party equipment.
RESERVATIONS
- All reservations require a 50% deposit
- Customers must set up a rental account
- Rental accounts require a drivers license, major credit card with security code, name, address, phone number, date of birth and social security number
